When a mid-size agency undergoing an ownership shift suddenly found itself with no true identity, and without a new business infrastructure, they called Sweat + Co for help. By focusing on positioning, packaging, prospecting and pitching, Sweat + Co performed an agency audit of the agency’s existing assets and led workshops with the leadership team to develop positioning that would speak to the agency’s past as well as express their vision for where the agency was headed. Then, to jumpstart their business development, we created “New Business in a Box,” which included creds deck development, introduction to key search consultants, and a prospecting list of new industries and potential clients.
